Whilst at Peabody, Claire led a very talented team and worked with first class architects on a number of development schemes throughout London. With Underwood Road, the team had to deal with sensitive demolitions, very close neighbouring properties and a very tight urban site for the contractors to work in. Design and Build contracts do not have to produce poor quality: as client, we worked closely with our architect and contractor to ensure that the detail was retained in every respect.
