Mint Street is a 67 home development in Bethnal Green beside the railway coming from Liverpool Street. The key achievement of this project was the brokering of a successful working relationship between an SME architect (Pitman Tozer) and a major housebuilding contractor, Galliford Try. The resulting building has won many awards, is popular with residents and has created a new sense of place through investment in public realm.
